In the five months that we have been tenants, he has been responded to any questions or concerns we have almost immediately, has dealt with issues as quickly as possible and always tries to find the best solution. I approached Rent In Ottawa last winter to inquire about their Property Management Services. Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to answer my questions and provide me with information regarding Rent In Ottawa's service offerings, as well as provide me with a sample contract and lease. The service that has been provided since I made the decision to sign up with Rent In Ottawa has been exemplary. Joe has responded to my tenants needs in a timely manner, while at the same time managing the tenant's expectations. One of my tenants is quite demanding and the previous Property Manager – to my detriment- responded to the tenant's needs, in many cases without first consulting with me with regards to financial decisions. I have recently acquired a second property and Joe was tireless in his efforts to procure a quality tenant. I think that one of the assets that Rent In Ottawa has is its state of the art web site which provides exposure for your property. Other web sites and advertising media are also utilised. The web site allows tenants to pay rent online thereby minimising the delay for funds transfer to the owner. I also really like the fact that the rent is transferred to me via an e-mail transfer as opposed to a cheque which has to be deposited and clear the bank before the funds are available for use. Another important service that Rent In Ottawa provides is performing a credit check on prospective tenants. My experience in the past is that this is not necessarily the case with similar companies in this industry. I would highly recommend Rent in Ottawa for your Property Management needs.

I am very happy to have discovered "Rent in Ottawa Property Management." When planning my move to Ottawa, I knew exactly what kind of rental I wanted and what neighborhood I wanted to live in. I was looking for a high end condo and these can be difficult to find in the Ottawa rental market. Joe was able to show me rentals that suited all my specifications and I ended up renting the first unit he showed me. Joe made the whole process quick and easy. Not only did he take care of all the rental details (lease signing, key transfer, moving in, etc), he was also very helpful with any other questions I had about setting up hydro, cable, etc. Joe was professional, prompt, always available and extremely helpful. Rent in Ottawa managed my property for the past five years, and I have only good things to say; this company has been a tremendous help for us as we live abroad and have relied on them for all action and reactions related to the unit. The monthly account sheets are very clear and income transfers have always been timely. Mr Joe Marano himself has always responded quickly to any concerns and our communication has been very smooth. He found new tenants for us in a short amount of time and is consistently going the extra mile (just recently there was an urgent issue at the unit to which he immediately attended).
